How to make Ketoprak
MATERIALS:
-Chilies
-Salt
-Tofu
-Crakers
-Bihun
-a half of Brown Sugar
-Bean Sprout
-Bean Sprout
-Soya
Sauce
-Three
Spoonfuls of fine peanut
-Three
or two ketupat
-150ml
water
-Sasa
STEPS:
First,
put chili, salt, a half of brown sugar and sasa on a plate then puree.
Second,
sprinkle three spoonfuls of peanut sauce and pour 150 ml of water then mix well.
Third,
cut ketupat into several pieces and then put it on the plate.
Next,add some bihun then Squirt a few drops of soy sauce as desired then stir it well,
After
that, sprinkle some of crakers
Finally,
ketupat is ready to serve ;;)
